Our Mission and Vision
The Southern Oregon Consortium for Accessibility in the Arts is dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering an inclusive arts community. Our mission is to ensure that patrons and creators with disabilities have equal access to artistic experiences and work opportunities. We envision a world where the arts are a shared experience, accessible to all, and where everyone can participate fully in the cultural life of our community.
Inclusive Programs
We support arts programs designed for people of all abilities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully. From workshops to performances, we encourage programs that prioritize accessibility, creativity, and a welcoming environment where individuals can express themselves with confidence.
Accessibility Support
We work with organizations to remove barriers and implement inclusive practices that make the arts more accessible. This includes guidance on adaptive tools, accessible formats, and strategies that ensure individuals with disabilities can engage meaningfully in creative spaces.
